(VIDEO) Take a Look at the Stunning Beer System We Installed for On The Rocks Bar & Grill

On the Rocks Bar & Grill, a traditional sports bar, recently added a second location in Long Beach, California. When it came time for them to choose a beer system installation company, they knew exactly who to call: Glacier Design Systems.

Having used Glacier Design Systems for their first location in Garden Grove, On the Rocks owner, Steve Melillo, knew that we would provide excellent customer service and a well-crafted beer system designed to suit their needs as a sports bar.

After gaining an understanding of what the restaurant was looking for, we installed a 16-beer tap system that would run all of the lines effectively and produce cold, refreshing beer. Being able to operate the keg room that was a bit further away was important for them as well. Glacier developed a plan to address the distance and ensure a smooth operation of every part of the beer system.

To add to this, design was very important to the restaurant’s owner. He was impressed with the beer system’s sleek and simple design. “No part of this system looks bulky or out of place,” said Melillo. “The design is very clean and exactly what we were looking for.”

The owner also appreciated how well our team worked together. “From the design mockup to the system installation, everyone worked really hard and cohesively to make the end product be precisely what we asked for,” said Melillo.

Melillo is excited to expand On the Rocks Bar & Grill to other areas in the future, and he hopes to hire Glacier Design Systems to produce the bar systems along the way.

“I would definitely recommend Glacier Design Systems to any restaurant that is in need of a beer system,” said Melillo. “They are the experts in beer system installation and their work speaks for itself – our stunning beer tap system produces nice, cold beers and we’ve had absolutely no problems. I look forward to using Glacier in the future!”
